On behalf of our client, plans have been filed with Gold Coast City Council to build a 14-unit building on the Gold Coast Highway, just south of Miami High.

The ‘Palm Springs’ inspired building, will be a short walk from the nearest future light rail station.

The project will be aimed at the rental market, with our client intending to keep ownership of each unit to assist in addressing the current shortfall in long-term rentals within the Gold Coast region.

Real Estate Institute of Queensland data released this year showed vacancy rates dipped to 0.9% in December, with interstate migration at the forefront of the crisis.

The project is a transformative element in shaping the future of the Gold Coast’s rental market with the ‘build to rent’ concept targeting the current rental crisis while connecting residents to public transport.
