The new Hope Energy Service Station has just been constructed on popular Brisbane Road in Biggera Waters, Gold Coast following Council approval.
Planit lodged plans with Gold Coast City Council for a Material Change of Use for a Service Station centrally located in an industrial area of the Gold Coast.
The site is within a high traffic corridor which generates a high demand. With the large and efficient station now open, it will better service the community’s needs.
The site plans illustrate generous and improved landscaping with balance between built form and green space, as well as preserving the visual amenity across the vehicular crossing, maintaining safety of visitors and employees.
