Planit was engaged as the lead Town Planning Consultant and Lead Consultant for the Rosewood Avenue Mixed-Use High-Rise/High-Density development.
The approval allowed for a 42-storey high mixed-use apartment building comprise of 138 permanents residential units and 48 services apartments.
The site was a 1500m2 block in a 7-storey height area and the approval achieved far greater height and density than envisaged by the scheme.
The site is centrally located on the corner of Rosewood Avenue and Gold Coast Highway, only meters to the beach positioned between Surfers Paradise and the heart of the Gold Coast’s famed Broadbeach precinct.
The development acts as a catalyst for the future redevelopment of the area to support the light rail network.
