Planning services for ALDI Stores

ALDI Stores has engaged Planit Consulting to prepare development applications and associated town planning assessment reports for numerous Australian locations.

To date, Planit has gained approvals for over 67 ALDI stores across New South Wales and Queensland. Planit’s town planning team has successfully convinced local councils of the need for these stores, and has effectively addressed many challenges.

These challenges are coordinated collaboratively through initial planning advice, ensuring costs are minimised and successful outcomes are achieved, even considering adverse public submissions.
