Oceans Apartments

Planit assisted DANCAV Developments to achieve a development permit for a seven (7) storey residential apartment building (Oceans Apartments).

The approval allowed for 27 luxury one- and two-bedroom apartments.

To marry the building with the site and surrounding streetscape an articulated base was provided at the street front. A combination of gate house, building entry, feature pergola’s and planting screen the at grade parking from the street.

The building aesthetic refers to traditional ocean side residential architecture through the articulated base, sloped roof, deep overhangs and combination of a variety of cladding types and screening.
