Cowbell Creek Weddings

Planit was engaged by our valued client to submit a request to change an existing development approval submitted by our planning experts to vary the approved days and hours of operation whilst allowing for a nominal increase to the number of personals which can attend functions.

Cowbell Creek is a 170+ acre working cattle farm, delivering picturesque weddings over the last 10 years with an architect designed and master-built wedding barn that sits in the middle of the property.

Following the development approval Planit gained on behalf of our client to transform the property into a wedding facility, it was proposed to change the days of operation without bringing detriment to the current environmental conditions.

With the support of an extension to operating days and hours Planit secured, the approval provided relief and certainty in managing the social and economic impacts of COVID-19.
